Appointment Policy

To allow enough time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we prefer appointments, yet walk-ins are welcome. We see all clients in the following order:
  1. Emergencies
  2. Scheduled Appointments
  3. Walk-Ins

Patient Arrival Policy
  • For your safety, and that of others, all pets must be leashed or in a carrier and under control while in the lobby and exam rooms.
  • Since we understand that you are very busy, we have “Drop-Off” appointments available for your convenience.
  • For the safety of all the pets in our care, we require all pets to be up-to-date on their vaccines.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Personal Checks.
